Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A :Quality is always the first priority of FOOK sink. Our inspector QC will check the goods in every procedure and modify the parts once they find any problems from them. For our salesman will also check our goods and take photos for every procedure for our client to confirm.
Q: How long is your lead time?
A: Normally, 30 days for 20’GP and 45days for 40’HQ upon deposit. However, for special case, we’ll make efforts to meet your plan.
Q: What is your terms of delivery?
A: We accept EXW,FOB,CIF,etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
Q: Can your factory print our brand on the product?
A: Our factory can laser print customer’s logo on sinks product with the permission from customers. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer’s logo on the products.
Q: Do you charge for samples and freight ?
A: According to our policy, customers need pay for them, but we'll return sample charge to you in official order.
